The people who protect our communities are facing a quiet crisis. Service-related trauma affects long-term emotional, cognitive, and relational health. Veterans and First Responders (Police, Fire, EMS) experience elevated post-traumatic stress (PTS) and persistent traumatic stress environment (PTSE).

Communities rarely see this struggle until it’s too late. The hard truth is, Veterans and First Responders experience disproportionately high rates of:

  • Suicide

  • Addiction

  • Trauma-related stress

  • Isolation

  • Family breakdown
